The wood preservative is injected into the inner layer of the wood by vacuum pressure, and then the wood preservative is pumped out of the tank for drying.

In order to prolong the service life of wood products in outdoor environment and resist the parasitism and reproduction of termites, fungi, spore plants and parasitic insects, it is necessary to immerse the wood in a vacuum state in preservatives. The chemicals are immersed in the wood tissue cells under high pressure, and tightly mixed with the fibrous tissue of the cells, and the chemicals are no longer released, so as to completely change the wood The original "nourishment" component in wood fiber makes the erosion material have no survival source, thus avoiding the wood decay in outdoor environment, so it is more wear-resistant and durable.

For the wood that is exposed to water, moisture and soil, ordinary wood can not resist the harsh external environment, and is extremely easy to rot. Because of the combination of fiber and chemical agent, the treated antiseptic material can no longer be used as material by mould, termite and other organisms. Therefore, the antiseptic effect is achieved, instead of killing termites and moulds with chemicals.

2. Wood Carbonization

Carbonized wood is a kind of wood with partial carbon characteristics, which is obtained by putting the wood in a relatively closed environment and treating it at high temperature (180-230 ℃).
